Another family-friendly fantasy classic from director George Pal! Taken in by a kindly couple, a six-inch-tall boy takes on a pair of comical crooks in this adaption of a classic Grimm fairy tale. Oscar-nominee and Golden Globe-winner Russ Tamblyn (WEST SIDE STORY, TWIN PEAKS) portrays the titular pint-size hero who sings and dances his way through a world of giant wonders and dangers, including a dastardly duo played by Oscar-nominee and Golden Globe-winner Peter Sellers and British comedy great Terry-Thomas who received a British Academy Award nomination for his performance. Tom Howard won an Academy Award for his special effects that combine live actors, animation, and puppets; features songs by the legendary Peggy Lee.
